I'm starting with one of my favourite lemon cakes. This lemon crunch cake is wonderfully moist lemon butter cake layered with lemon syrup, lemon curd, and vanilla whipped cream, then topped with more cream and candied lemon slices. The final touch is a buttery, crunchy almond layer that makes this cake irresistibly addictive!

2 - Lemon Cloud Cake

This lemon mascarpone cake is incredibly simple to make. Just place the ingredients in a food processor, and you're done! The cake is topped with whipped mascarpone, lemon curd and a sprinkle of coconut.

3 - Mimosa Cake

This Mimosa cake is a stunner and has a light lemon flavour to it. Light sponge cake layers flavoured with lemon and vanilla are sandwiched with Crème Diplomat and topped with more crème.
