How to Store Egg Whites
Egg whites can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. I mark the weight and date of the whites and then freeze them.

They vary depending on the egg size but an average egg white weighs 30g or 1oz!

Meringues: If you only have 1 or 2 egg whites then making meringues is a great idea. They're a bit easier to make than pavlova as they dry out completely and they last 2-3 weeks once baked. They make a really lovely gift and freeze well too!
