Who doesn't love crispy Korean Fried Chicken? But did you know cauliflower makes great chicken wings? This is also an oven baked version so there's no need to deep fry. These "wings" are drenched in a sticky, spicy Korean glaze and they are sooo good!
OK I'm not going to tell you that a roasted cauliflower steak tastes like an actual beef steak. No it doesn't but this slab of cauliflower with creamy mushroom sauce is delicious in its own right.
By now you've probably heard of the cauliflower pizza base. And while it won't replace a puffy, blistered Napoletana base it makes for a surprisingly tasty pizza base with all the goodness of cauliflower! It's also low carb and gluten free.
