I cannot express how much I love pumpkin in cake. It gives cakes a gorgeously moist texture. This triple layer pumpkin cake is a dream. It's a soft pumpkin cake and a tangy, richly spiced whipped cream cheese frosting!
One of my favourite jams is pumpkin jam, an underrated one that you rarely hear about. Pumpkin jam uses less sugar than other jams but is still perfectly sweet and is great for using up any left over bits of pumpkin you have along with apples, lemon and vanilla!
If you love simple breads like banana bread, give this pumpkin walnut bread a try! Moist, delicious and sliceable it is perfect for a lunchbox or a snack on the go plus it freezes well!
This is a great way to use up any tinned or leftover roast pumpkin. These pancakes are a cinch to make and are served with a delicious drizzle of honey! Worth waking up for!
OK I know that it might be weird. Downright odd even but pumpkin ice cream is delightful! If you love the flavour of pumpkin it really shines through along with those delicious, aromatic pumpkin spices.
So tell me Dear Reader, do you use pumpkin in sweet recipes? Do you have a favourite one?
