These Friday the 13th Hockey Mask Faces were a last minute addition to feed the vegetarians at Halloween. I roasted them but I think they look better raw and you can definitely see Jason from Friday the 13th in these mushrooms!

Friday The 13th Hockey Mask Mushrooms

Preparation time: 25 minutes

Cooking time: 0 minutes

• 18 white button mushrooms

• 100ml/3.5flozs garlic oil

• Salt and pepper to season

Makes 18 pieces

You will also need a paring knife, a couple of straws and a chopstick

Step 1 - Remove the mushroom stems. With a paring knife shape the round mushrooms to more of a mask or skull shape (just trimming the bottom sides to make a jaw is all that is needed). With the straw, poke holes to make eyes. Then using the chopstick make little marks on the face. Brush with garlic oil and serve raw.
