Dalgona coffee came along just at the right time. Everyone was in their first weeks of COVID-19 and this simple, 3 ingredient way to make a coffee took the world by storm. Is it still popular? Maybe or maybe not but if you're wanting to give this a go, it only takes a few minutes and it's FUN!

2 - Chai Latte

Top 5 Hot Drinks

Quite a few years ago I weaned myself off coffee and now mostly drink tea (coffee is for emergencies and getting up for early flights) and discovered the very best chai latte recipe EVER. It was at a cafe in Siem Reap called Blossom Cafe that teach underprivileged women cake decorating skills and they were kind enough to share the recipe with me! It keeps for ages so you don't have to make it using a pre-made powder!

3 - Speculoos Latte

If you're as big a fan of Lotus/Biscoff/Speculoos as I am then you've got to try this Speculoos Latte! I was inspired by the one I tried at Kickaboom cafe in the Blue Mountains and uses ground up speculoos cookies. Did I mention it's absolutely delicious?

4 - London Fog Tea

Top 5 Hot Drinks

So you love Earl Grey tea (me too!). But have you heard of a London Fog Tea? It's not actually English but a Canadian invention out of Vancouver. It's Earl Grey tea with hot steamed milk and vanilla syrup. And do you know what? It's life changing!

5 - Jamu Winter Elixir

Top 5 Hot Drinks

Feeling the winter chills lately? Or just need to boost your immunity (who doesn't right?). Jamu is a multi million dollar industry in Indonesia and includes tamarind, turmeric, ginger and honey to sweeten it. It can be served hot or cold too!

So tell me Dear Reader, what do you like to drink? Are you a coffee or tea person?
